Minooka Smelly Water

Mr. Goodwater is a multigenerational family business that has been servicing Northern Illinois for over 25 years, helping households enjoy clean, fresh water every day. If you are searching for a lasting fix for smelly water on a rural well, our team has the experience to find the cause and solve it. Homeowners in newer subdivisions who notice a rotten egg odor or orange stains in their sinks can also count on us for real answers. We are proud to be one of the most trusted names in the region for smelly water treatment, and our systems handle rusty water just as well. Our strong commitment to quality components and expert installation is what distinguishes us from our local competition.

Minooka, Illinois is home to nearly 13,000 residents and stretches across three counties: Grundy, Kendall, and Will. The village began in 1852 when the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad reached the area. Early rail workers called the spot “Summit” because it was the highest point on the Rock Island Line in Illinois. Settler Dolly Smith later gave the town its current name, taken from a Potawatomi word often translated as “good land.” Years ago, crowds rode the train in on Sundays to watch horse races on the south edge of town, where Minooka Community High School stands today.

Mr. Goodwater proudly serves the Minooka area and beyond, bringing a custom approach to every home we visit. Families in Minooka who are tired of smelly water can start with our FREE in-home water quality test. It shows exactly what is in their water and lets us design the right system for their needs.
